Taiwan Annual Leave (特休) Days by Years of Service
Statutory annual leave in Taiwan by years of service, from 3 days after 6 months up to 30 days, plus how unused leave is paid out.
Annual leave table
Statutory annual leave under the Labor Standards Act:
- 6 months to under 1 year: 3 days
- 1 year: 7 days; 2 years: 10 days
- 3 to under 5 years: 14 days
- 5 to under 10 years: 15 days
- 10 years or more: 15 days plus 1 day per year, up to 30 days
Unused leave pay
Leave not taken by the end of the leave year or on termination is generally paid at the daily wage, estimated as monthly wage ÷ 30 per day.
